Booking Your Wedding

As soon as we receive your request we will book the wedding date for you at the relevant venue and town hall. You will be asked to fill and sign our booking form and agree to the Terms and Conditions on this page. Once we receive your booking form you will then be sent a deposit invoice. The invoice has to be paid in 5 working days from the moment of issue otherwise your booking will be canceled. 

The Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to book your wedding venue date, time and chosen wedding package. Once payment has been received we will email you receipt and your confirmation letter. Please note: All deposits paid are non-refundable

Final Payment

The final balance of the wedding package payment must be paid 2 months prior to your wedding. If the balance is not received by this date, we have the right to cancel your booking.

Wedding Coordinator – Planning & Consultation Meetings

From the moment of booking and over the next few months our wedding coordinator will work closely with you in order to tailor the wedding of your dreams. This coordinator will also meet you at your resort to go through the details and planner of your wedding.

At this meeting it is required that you bring along a copy of your planner and any table plans, any personal touches like favors etc. you may wish to give us.

Wedding Coordinator will be with you at the ceremony and stay with you until you are seated at the reception venue.

Legal Requirements & Documentation

“Amazing Weddings Rhodes,” will email you information about your legal documentation requirements needed to marry in Rhodes. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure all your paper work is correct. Once the documents are ready – we ask you to send us scans. We will then check that you have everything required and that all of the documents are in order. We will then contact you and ask you to send the originals directly to us (this must be by registered post or courier) so we can pass them on to the translator who will make the translations and stamp the documents. The documents must be sent with a covering letter, stating which country you are traveling to, your travel date and a contact telephone number..We shall receive the documents in Rhodes latest a month before your wedding. If you fail to send the required paperwork, you will be responsible for any additional fees or your wedding being cancelled and payments being forfeited.

Ceremonies

All ceremonies are conducted in Greek and English and two witnesses are required which must be the minimum age of 16.

Signing of the Registry

At some venues, you will be asked the following working day after the wedding to sign for your marriage certificate at the Town Hall responsible for the venue.. At present, it is only weddings in Lindos.

Our Suppliers

After many years we have established wonderful working relationships with the best suppliers. During the process of wedding planning we are going to introduce them to you and present their portfolios and give you a cost of each service.  Most of our additional extras do not require payment until your arrival in resort. We advise to book suppliers additional services as soon as possible. Amazing Weddings Rhodes do not take any responsibility of suppliers booked by yourselves as we cannot guarantee the quality of services you will receive. Further it is advised to use suppliers recommended by our company in order to have a guarantee of a quality.
